If the Canon of the Old and New Testament was settled in the Council of Hippo et al circa 4th century … how come the Orthodox have a different canon when they split off in the 10th century?
 
Which Orthodox, and how is their Canon different?
The Eastern Orthodox Church includes 1 Esdras, 3 Maccabees, 4 Maccabees, the Prayer of Manasseh and Psalm 151, all part of the Septuagint excluded by the Catholic Church.
