We’re losing it to foreclosure 😦 Since I left my job we haven’t been able to make the payments. We had to pay $6000 in property taxes, so we better not mess with the IRS, I better mess with the bank for that matter. The bank won’t help us at all even though they know I haven’t had a job for the longest time. They said if I could pay they could help me change the loan, but please!

Terribly! At least I won’t have to pay these taxes with the new house (if we ever get around to saving up $8,500 to finally reach the $11K for the down payment). We have until September to raise the $$ so, we might make it! Otherwise, I might need to talk to my mom about a loan. 😊

Yay Yessi! I forgot about those other posts with your tenant and the 2 jobs…geeez. I’ve come to know you a lot better through the makeup thread…lol…and I hadn’t put the other things I knew about you together that they were YOU…lol.

Ok so anyway congrats on your tenant leaving! And congrats on the job!!:dancing: :extrahappy: It looks like things are starting to fall into place for you. I just read your post, Yessi…sorry so late. 😊 But just wanted to congratulate you since this pain in the you know what has left your home! YAY! I am glad to hear you will have some peace and can finally walk around in your pjs!
