Hetty needs your prayers, please

  • Dear CAF family,
    Here I am again asking for prayerful help for a friend at the library. Her name is Hetty and she is having problems with increasing pain in neck and back. I pray for guidance for her doctors and healing if it is God’s plan for her. She is aware of thread-starting and thanks you in advance for your kindness towards her and others with the same problems. God bless you all!!

despise not my petitions,
but in Thy clemency, hear and answer me.

Father God, Lord of life, healing and hope, be with our sister Hetty during this time of pain and trial. Lead her to treatment and healing. Be with her spirit and give her strength. Keep her assured of Your great love for her and protect her from all anxiety. Through Christ our Lord.

Dear Lord please grant Hetty healing and guide her doctors to have the knowledge
and wisdom necessary to heal if it is Your will for her.Please be merciful Lord and let

Lord we lift Hetty before You in prayer asking for wisdom for her doctors and Your touch of healing on her neck and back. Encourage her to look to You and trust Your care for her.

Praying for Hetty that she will receive the healing that is the Lord’s. Also, that as she awaits healing that she have the courage to see her way through this trial. I pray that Hetty is helped in bearing this burden and finds it lightened by the prayers of the faithful.

Lord Jesus, you came into the world to heal our infirmities and to endure our sufferings. You went about healing all and bringing comfort to those in pain and need. We come before you now in this time of illness asking that you may be the source of our strength in body, courage in spirit and patience in pain. May we join ourselves more closely to you on the cross and in your suffering that through them we may draw our patience and hope. Assist us and restore us to health so that united more closely to your family, the Church, we may give praise and honor to your name.

Be it physical or spiritual torment, None were a great obstacle to You: For Your loving power is omnipotent. I ask for Your abounding healing love; Maintain my body and soul vigorous So I may fulfill my daily functions. The world will be conquered by You, All afflictions will be dissipated!

Blessed Elizabeth of the Trinity, Patron Saint against bodily ills and sickness please pray for our friend and sister Hetty. Amen.
