My question is this–what is your take on the issue of homosexuality in your church? The Catholic Church may be in a flux state regarding what homosexuality is and how it effects a person, but the Anglican Communion is being torn apart by this issue.
And when one truely looks at the Catholic position one sees that it is out of love and an attempt to provide grace and mercy instead of hate and condemnation. Don’t get me wrong, I in no way support the gay agenda in this country or anywhere else, but we have to be willing to reach out as Christ would.
This means being willing to touch the untouchable and love the unloveable. We all are sick and in dire need of a physician, we all need mercy and grace.
