Against my better judgement I am going to assume you are being serious.

Your first question: Are you going to hell for your sins?
We all deserve hell for our sins, but our debt has been paid by someone who loves us more than we can imagine. For this reason all that is required is that you repent and if Catholic definitely go to Confession. If you are serious, 14 years is a long time and you are viewing some very serious material. You are most likely an addict. You need to commit to stopping this behavior to be saved. You may stumble and fall a few times, but you have to keep trying to stop.
To your second concern: You are afraid God will kill you.
Any of us could die at any time. I don’t know God’s will for you. He probably won’t “kill you.” But you are right to be afraid of death at this point because of your grave sins. Fear of Hell and Punishment is not a perfect contrition of Love, but it is contrition enough to get you started.

What does your spiritual director say when you confess this? You will get much more help by talking to your spiritual director about this instead of posting on a public forum.
