I’ve prayed years to find a good Catholic & devoted man with common morals & values. God has blessed me with a great friend who also lacks serious dating/relationship experience, to the point of patiently taking moments together slow, ensuring that God is in the center of our discussions & within public & private setting atmospheres. This is what I’ve hoped/yearned to find in a man. Whether our already established (upcoming) serious dating turns into a serious relationship or not, I have no regrets… these learning experiences continue to help both of us inspire each other & grow in faith, hope, & love.

Anyone who can relate to God answering your prayers, offer a thankfulness prayer to Him for providing the desires of your heart in beautiful & unique ways. 🙂

How wonderful to have met such a man! In thanksgiving for prayers answered
We pray to the Lord,
Lord hear our prayer,

Mary

Deo gratias! Introibo ad altare Dei; ad Deum qui laetificat juventutem meam! (Thanks be to God! I will go up to the altar of God; to God, the joy of my youth)

Passion of Christ, strengthen me!
Strengthen me under the pressure of temptation.
Strengthen me when principle is at stake.
Strengthen me to do Your Will, My God.
Strengthen me in moments of suffering,
in times of loneliness,
in periods of depression.
Strengthen me that I may never swerve from You, dear Christ,
nor weaken through human respect,
through a desire to be popular,
through hope of social distinction.
Strengthen me to accept my cross
and carry it generously to the end.
On the battlefield of life,
stand by me that I may never prove a traitor in the ranks.
Stand by me that I may not be dazzled
by the glitter and glow of the enemy camp.

Amen.

“bear with one another in love,
and forgive one another, as God
in Christ has forgiven us” Col. 3:
13

PATER NOSTER,
qui es in caelis,
sanctificetur nomen tuum.
Adveniat regnum tuum.
Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie,
et dimitte nobis debita nostra
sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

:gopray:
God my Father,
Thank You for surrounding us with Your favor as a protection;
with Your glory as an adornment; with Your wisdom as words
of life; with Your generosity as a gift of goodness; with Your
blessings as a downpour of joy.
Amen

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

He ended up playing the part… it hurts to find that he emotionally used me w/out doing much work. What matters is that Jesus loves me anyways & will never leave…constant. I’ve learned my lesson & have a better understanding what type of catholic gentleman comes along. In the meantime, I’m thankful for singleness… the freedom to do what I desire w/ my life & act on it (in positive ways), not letting anyone tell me otherwise… it’s time to put my foot down & take care of myself.

Dear Jesus,
Thank you for the gift of life. Motivate my heart, mind, & soul to live life to its fullest in serving your will to be done. Encourage the spirit to be moved thru the guidance of the Holy Spirit in more ways than one. Continue to guide & protect all your children wherever they may be.
