I attened a mass where oil, water and salt was blessed. After it has been blessed what do i do with it? I have been a catholic for 39 years and now i am attempting to learn about my faith and my relaitonship with GOD.

You can keep the holy water at home in a bottle or font and use it to bless yourself, sprinkle around the house, etc. The blessed salt and oil can be eaten/used for cooking, and the salt can also be sprinkled around or outside the house for protection. When used prayerfully and with strong commitment to lead a holy life, the sacramentals can be a powerful aid: they encourage spiritual growth and protect us from demonic influences, sickness and physical evils. They should always be used with reverence and not just thrown away, etc., but don’t hesitate to use them - that’s what they’re blessed for, that God may graciously grant health of mind and body to those who use them.
