I’ve noticed that Lifesite has a tendency to over credit themselves or their causes for victory, where other powerful forces are at play. The virus and daily changes in response is the major factor in reducing movie goers. This doesn’t mean petitions didn’t have an impact, but they shouldn’t claim victory with that virus growing in impact daily
I’m sure Lifesite is also responsible for the reduction in drunkenness on St. Patrick’s day, and the drop in carbon emissions worldwide.

no need to get facetious,
it only reduces your credibility.

Saw the movie today, since the virus has changed everything and you can now watch it online.

I loved it. My husband who doesn’t love kid’s movies liked it. The kids liked it. I might have cried at the end.

The idea that their world got lazy and forgot magic and then just became slaves to the dullness of modernity felt like it could be applied to our secular world.

This is only FICTION for entertainment and we all seem to forget that we are in control of our own lives and the fact that we perceive our children being influenced, is only part of the bigger question and how we deal with it.

DISNEY is only in it for the profit & education is only implied but not necessary.

Unless there is a reason to think otherwise, I’d interpret the line as meaning a friend who is a girl, since it at least used to be common for girls to refer to friends who were also girls as girlfriends, without implying any homosexual relationship.

Sturgeon faked the logic in his story, if I recall his premise accurately. My copy of DV is packed away. I liked much of his stuff.

Delany is not amongst my favorite writers. Or any other occupation.

Though I have a couple of signed books.
