"Holy Communion" at a Lutheran Church, is it was wrong to join in as a Catholic?

I’m Catholic and went to a Lutheran funeral. They had "Holy Communion and said it was available to “All the baptized, from any Christian church . . .” I didn’t go up but thought I’d ask what the rules are. Surely this is not the body and blood of Christ but I was wondering if it was wrong to join in as a Catholic.
