Holy Communion: How Many times a day?

Fr. Serpa (?) indicates that one Mass a day is the norm and more is not acceptable (to paraphrase).

Can I find some doctrine to indicate that more that one serving of Holy Communion is not acceptable?

Dear SW,

That must have been another Fr. Serpa, because this one wrote “twice in one day.” There is no Church document that permits the faithful to receive Holy Communion more than twice in one day AND in the context of the Mass.
