My wife and I were in a slightly similar situation. I was the Catholic party and she was the convert. Granted, I was on my way back to the faith and wanted to do the convalidation.
Anyway, we emailed the priest. He directed us to speak with the parish’s deacon, and the deacon met with us and did the service to convalidate our marriage. I don’t know what resources your parish has. If you want a mass-with-the-priest celebration for your convalidation it will probably take much longer to organize. My wife and I were happy with a fifteen minute ceremony with the deacon. The deacon also knew us both personally, as my wife was in RCIA and I was attending parts of the classes and retreats with her, so that helped us as well. I hope your situation resolves as easily as mine did.
