All Saints day this year is on a Friday, does this mean Mass or does it move to the Sunday?

Thanks.

Transfer of holidays of obligation is a matter for various Bishops’ Conferences and you often find that what is a holiday in one country is not in another. However, the general rule is that a holiday of obligation is transferred to the Sunday if it falls on a Saturday or Monday, but not if it falls on a Friday or any other day of the week.

Depends what country you live in.

Here in the Philippines All Saints Day is not a Holy Day of Obligation.

Apart from Sundays we have only three Holy Days of Obligation:

The Immaculate Conception (Dec 8)
Nativity of Our Lord (Dec 25)
Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God (Jan 1)

If you are in England, only holidays of obligation that fall on Saturday or Monday are transferred to the Sunday. (source) So, All Saints day in England this year is Friday, 1 November.
