When we adore the Holy Eucharist as the true precious body and blood of Jesus, how are we to regard them? As Jesus’ body was through God’s holiness born of a woman, we know it in and of itself is holy and worthy of veneration. My question, though, is are we adoring the host as the holy remains of Jesus, or as the living and eternal God Jesus? Thank you for helping with this.:console:

We are adoring the Holy Eucharist as the Eternal GOD Jesus. Jesus had no remains, He Ascended into Heaven after His Resurrection

  • as the living and eternal God Jesus -
The other options you mentioned would be sad and weak consolation

Question sufficiently answered, I would have to concur with the other posters.

Jesus arose from the dead and cannot have any remains. You are worshipping a True Divine Person, both God and Man.

God bless.

The same Jesus that is in Heaven, the living Son of God, God Himself, is the same Jesus that is in the Eucharist.
