Holy Host Radio Show

Although I brought this up on a post a while back, I didn’t get many answers, so I am posting it again.

When I go to Mass on Sunday there is a show called “The Holy Host” The host refers to himself as Jesus Christ and many who call in also call him Jesus. I think this is blasphemy. There is only one Christ and that is God the Son.

Honestly it makes me sick to hear this man act like he is God and give answers to people asking questions about theolgy and personal problems.

I am sure that there are some nut cases out there who actually believe that he is Jesus. Should anyone be allowed to claim to be Jesus Christ? Yes I know freedom of speech, but on a raido show it is different as he is reaching many who are swayed by his teachings.

I am always driving so I can’t call in and I am sure if I were to ask who he thinks he is proclaiming to be our Savior, they wouldn’t allow it on the show. It appears to just be another protestant gimmick, but one that is very offensive I would think to most Christians.

Just was wondering what others feel about this type of program.

We know that this was foretold by Christ in Matthew 24. For the record though, I wouldn’t hold this out as a “protestant gimmick” as 99% of the protestants out there would be just as upset as you concerning this guy.
