Holy Picture of Woman and a Child

I’m not sure if this is the right board to post this one, but I saw an picture today of what I think was Mary (or a female saint maybe) crying, holding a very tiny infant in the palm of her hand. I was wondering if anyone knows that this image is called?
 
I know the image you mean, I think. I can’t find any info on it from Google, but I think it has to do with Our Lady crying over the fate of aborted babies.
 
I have in my office a pro-life publication I got from Knights of Columbus which has a picture of the Virgin Mary holding a dead fetus and crying, they could probably tell you where it originates.
 
I’ve moved this thread to Spirituality where it more properly belongs.
