There are many variations out there, with particular cultural practices etc.
Personally, I recommend following the First Method outlined in Saint Louis de Montfort’s Secret of the Rosary, which is a particular offering of each decade for the graces necessary.
First Decade: We offer Thee, O Lord Jesus, this first decade in honor of Thine Incarnation and we ask of Thee, through this mystery and through the intercession of Thy most Holy Mother, a profound humility.
One Our Father, ten Hail Marys, Glory be to the Father, O my Jesus . . .
Grace of the mystery of the Incarnation, come down into my soul and make it truly humble.
As an example. The rest can be found here.

Open with “Come, Holy Ghost…”, then the general offering described by Saint Louis. Say the Apostles Creed, Our Father and x3 Hail Mary. Then do the particular offering for decades that consist of one Our Father, x10 Hail Mary, end with a Glory be and O my Jesus and the ending-ejaculation provided by Saint Louis. Follow throw for all five mysteries of the chaplet. End with the Hail, Holy Queen, Litany of the Blessed Virgin and prayer to Saint Joseph as recommended by the Holy Father Pope Leo XIII.
I also use this Fatima prayer for offering the rosary for a particular intention before the “Come Holy Ghost” (e.g.; for the Holy Father, an end to abortion etc.):
O Jesus, it is for the love of Thee, in reparation for the offences committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and for the conversion of poor sinners and for [add intention] that I pray.
