Apostolic Penitentiary grants special Plenary Indulgences during pandemic Spirituality
The Apostolic Penitentiary has granted special ways to get a Plenary Indulgence to those suffering from COVID-19 who do certain prayerful offering-up type activities; those who care for them, including family caregivers and health care workers; and those who offer certain prayers and activities for the end of the pandemic, including the usual “BIg Four” activities one does to get a plenary normally (visiting the Blessed Sacrament/ Eucharistic Adoration, or saying the Rosary, or making Stations…

I would further recommend that any Catholics wanting to get these indulgences read the instructions in the Vatican’s official press release and not go by some article. Articles on indulgences almost always get some of the information vague or unclear.
