Holy Water Itches?

I have a bit of a problem, whenever I touch holy water, I get an itchy burning. No pain just itching, what’s wrong with me?
 
Ask what they are washing the fonts with, or adding to the water. It’s most likely a reaction to a chemical.

Do you experience this with any other water.

It could also be a psychological thing. Sometimes we might convince ourselves to be inferior, and when we encounter something that is more worthy than we think ourselves to be, we react in the most subconscious way.

Been there, done that. They treat ours with antimicrobials. Plus, there’s a reason why there’s a little metal dove in the bottom of the basin 🙂 The water itself flows over an outstretched hand like design which shows some signs of corrosion (green patina on it). Maybe you are having a reaction to the materials added to retard lifeform growth?

Don’t feel too bad… once had an acquaintance of mine give me a silver cross way, way back in the day. It broke in my hand.
 
Do you also get chills up the spine alot when you touch it, like if you place a few drops on your forhead and let it sit, do you get the chillls up your spin like body jerks.
