I realize that all of us that can, should attend services each day of Holy Week. But what days other than Easter Vigil or Easter Day mass are obligatory?

Thanks

All of them.
You shouldn’t place a moral burden where none exists. As stated by other posters, in the U.S. and in the Latin Rite, only Vigil or Easter Sunday Mass is obligatory. Attendance at Holy Thursday and Good Friday liturgies is optional, although highly laudable and encouraged.

While strictly speaking the Easter Vigil or Easter Sunday mass is the only liturgy we are required to assist at, we are still obliged to observe these last days of Lent through some form of penance (even if not the traditional fasting) and are certainly required to observe Good Friday through fasting and abstinence. I personally won’t be able to make the mass of the Lord’s supper, so I’m attending my diocese’s chrism mass at the cathedral instead…but neither are obligations.
