Is Friday a Holy Day of Obligation? I know Thursday isn’t but I’m not sure about Friday. Also is Easter Sunday and Obligatory mass if I go to the Easter Vigil on Saturday?
 
Good Friday is not a holy day of obligation and yes the Easter Vigil fulfills your obligation for Sunday.

When it comes to fulfilling your obligation, why would you think the Easter Vigil is different than any other Saturday Mass or attending Mass Christmas Eve instead of Christmas Day?

It really was more about Easter Sunday than it Was the Vigil Mass. I wasn’t sure that, due to the circumstances Saturday and Sunday were both obligatory.

Only one is fulfills your obligation, if you go Saturday night, you get to lounge and lay in bed all morning Sunday 😛
