This white oak kneeler, and the dual wedding kneeler made of spanish cedar, should be on ebay soon.

Pax,
Tarpeian

One other note the spanish cedar prie dieu has a hand carved walnut fleur de lis cross, and could also accommodate a corpus. No expense was spared on the fabric it’s heavy and top quality.

Tarpeian

I converted from the Antiochian Orthodox Church to the Coptic Orthodox Church. Later I came into Communion with Rome. I am a Melkite Catholic. 🙂
How delightfully byzantine a story! (couldn’t resist the pun.)

Here’s mine. We also have our wedding crowns above our bed along with an icon of our Lady Helper of Mothers

I also change the fabrics to reflect the liturgical seasons. Red for the Great Fast, Green for Pentecost, White for Pascha and the Sundays after Pentacost.

It’s a small beginning, just a shelf on the wall.
The terra-cotta pot on the shelf is the “empty tomb” from this past Easter that I made with my little one, and the crown of thorns I made around the time of Lent. 🙂
Peace,

SecretaryMonday, I am sorry u can’t see it. Will try to post in a different way.

landon13, thank you. I am planing to change it up a bit because its too crowded there.

I hunted around and found an small chest which was appropriate. A slight Chinese style, I suspect intended as a Chinese altar, with drawers for me to keep my liturgical books. It started with the crucifix, an icon on either side, with the Bible and ceramic chalices & paten that I liked. Satin and a downlight completes the set up. Other stuff got accumulated on it, which I think I need to clear out at one point.

I would love to put up a photo but I am still a trial member & trial members cannot put up a photos. (I didn’t realise there is a catechumenate for this website!!)
