It’s a work in progress but this is how it is so far. The wall photo is above my bed. The statues are on my bookcase. The quality of the pictures is due to a cell phone camera that is not suited to take good quality photos. But I think you get the gist. I have plans for it and as they progress I’ll post more photos. Eventually when the final setup is done I’ll take really nice pictures to share. 👍

Things that you are seeing in the pics. Brown Scapular, photo of Saint Gemma, statue of young Joan of Arc, statue of Joan of Arc riding on horseback in triumph, painting of Christ crucified, painting of Saint Gemma, holy water bottle, holy water font, Our Lady of Guadalupe icon, wall crucifix wooden, there’s a candle hidden in there somewhere.

These are all so beautiful! 🙂 I don’t have an altar or prayer corner. I have many statues, crosses and holy pictures throughout the home. This is a wonderful idea though.

I have a desk in my bedroom that I used to use for storage. A few weeks ago, I moved the stuff on it and created a prayer area. It reveals a lot about my confused religious views. I have a glass statute to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a Rosary, a King James Bible and a Book of Common Prayer which I used in a similar way to the Liturgy of the Hours. There are also various prayer books and books on various matters of faith.

lol-not necessarily confused as having been a denominational “mutt” myself, I always felt being a little ecumenical pleases our Lord. Got to be better than His children fighting, right?

This is my shrine/altar. I have 90+ relics 1 first class and a few 2nd and many 3rd class and the statue of St. Michael has touched many relics.
