I haven’t run across too many of them, but I suspect that most of them are not ministered by someone who has been ordained by an ecclesiastical body. From what I’ve seen Joe-Bob A grabs a Bible, a bunch of friends, or worse, a bunch of family members and says let’s start a house church.

This is where Protestantism is supposed to be Calvin and Luther never had the testicular fortitude to take the movement to this wonderful place where we have the Word in plain common language accessible to all, and God.

In the plain common language? Did you want Luther to translate the Bible into English for the German people? 🤷

No, we blame other Protestants for that egregious error. 😃

Luther and Calvin, though, had plenty of fortitude.

Destin is more along the coast on sandbars, like Pensacola Beach. No gators. But if you are high enough up in your hotel room, you can watch the sharks swim past those people swimming in the ocean or bay. A friend you is in the Coast Guard and services on helos,
told me if people could see the number of sharks just pass the breakers it would blow their mind.

Shark attacks like gators attacks are rare and when it happens it makes the news. Just watch the flags, don’t swim early in the morning or late in the afternoon or night, when they are closer to the beach and if some yahoo is fishing near you while swimming. Hopefully the lifeguard will make him move.

At the beach we worry about jellyfish more. Those spawn of hell.

Don’t know much about Luther, Calvin and the Reformation right?

The Duggars don’t actually home church anymore. I belive that they attend a church that is made up of several “home church” families now. This was shown on one of the episodes…I do not think that they affiliate themselves with a particular denomination, though.
