Hi “FSC” Smart move, making your own kneeler! They are SO expensive, to purchase (which is why I haven’t acquired one).

The following link… you can find a beautiful kneeler available from the “Leaflet Missal” company, and it includes some measurements. Maybe this will help you, as you draw up some plans for yours. Just type “kneeler” into their search engine. Note the excessively high price of the one they offer. Maybe it’s the type of wood used, I don’t know. But very expensive. Hope this helps.

Thanks all for the help finding these. With the price of lumber, it is probably going to run somewhere around 150-250 for lumber, hardware, and misc. supplies, so I hope that noone is thinking this is going to be drastically cheaper.

I was contemplating making it out of 1"X10" pine, to save on cost, but if I am going to make for myself a place of worship then I will make it truly as wonderful as possible. and Oak running at $8 a board foot is making it expensive in a comical way.
