I can see that everyone disagrees with me here, but I thought I’d add my opinion to give some diversity, take it for what it’s worth.
Now, according to the experts on demonology, demons, like everything else, are bound by natural laws and rules. One of these is that when a grave sin is committed a demon can, unless God actively forbids it(which is 99% of the time), become linked to the person commiting the sin, or even the place where the sin is committed. And for my second controversial opinion, I argue that suicide is a very grave sin.
I’m not saying if you should or shouldn’t buy the house, all I’m saying is that, in my opinion, there is a possibility of there being some trouble up ahead. Even so, it’s completely repairable even if the worst should come to happen, but it’s going to be a lot of work. I would encourage you to weigh whether the risk of going through that is worth the (I assume) lowered cost and other benefits of the house before buying.
