Hi friends;
At Stations tonight, we were told of an Hispanic boy, 17 years old, that keeps getting tossed out of his home by his mother. He’s currently homeless. He’s on track to graduate this year. He’s feeling suicidal, and needs a place to live. Our parish is looking for a family to take him in.
Please offer a prayer for him that he may find peace, and a loving family to take him in. He’s a good kid with no problems.
Thanks

Clare

Hi Clare,

I am so very sorry to hear about this situation. 😦

Prayers said for him. I hope that he finds a new home soon.

May God bless him, and keep him safe.

Pater Noster qui es in caelis
santificetur nomen tuum
adveniat regnum tuum
fiat voluntas tua
sicut in caelo et in terra.

Panem nostrum
quoditianam da nobis hodie
et dimitte nobis debita nostra
sicut et nos dimmitimus debitoribus nostris
et ne nos inducas in tentationem
sed libera nos a malo.

Amen.

Prayers offered for this young man, that God will find him a kind hearted family to stay with and find peace. I ask this through the intercession of our Most Holy Mother, Mary. Amen.

That is sad Clare. Why don’t you take him in yourself? And don’t say you don’t have room, you can put up a cot if nothing else. My sister-in-law has been providing a home to a homeless Laotian man for the past two months. I’m sure the boy would be less troublesome, than a Laotian, nice as he is, who hardly knows any English and who needs to be " taken " everywhere, everyday - to school, to the doctor, to legal appointments, etc.

I work at the parish, and live over 40 miles from his school. I plan on helping him, yes. We’re trying to find him a home within his cultural community. If not, maybe he’ll bunk with us, although its not ideal for him. He doesn’t want to switch schools.
We’ll see what the Lord has in store. Thanks for your prayers.

Prayers said for him to have a stable and loving home, and for protection and guidance for him.

Praying that this 17 year old will be able to find a home and that he will be safe until problems at home are resolved.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

I will have you in my prayers Clare, I struggle with the thought how a teen can be thrown out of home , And we all know Just how difficult they can be at times,
Pray it all works out, please keep us up to date,

I pray for the teen and his mother as well.

May the Lord inspire a loving family to take the boy into their home.

And may He grant to the mother wisdom and insight and healing about what she has done.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit!

May the Lord’s holy and compassionate will be done!

May our Holy Blessed Mother intercede for these circumstances!

Prayer for a Homeless Teen

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”. -Jeremiah 29:11

I pray and plead the Blood of Jesus Christ for all the homeless teens, for all broken families, and in particular this young man and his mother.

May the blood of Jesus Christ cleanse my sins as well as their sins so that they might be healed and their prayers will be answered without any hindrances. May the precious Blood of Jesus Christ protect them from all evils and guide them and give them strength, hope, comfort, healing, peace, prosperity and Good health. I call forth, in the Name of Jesus, all of God’s plans and purposes for their lives and their families. Lord Jesus Christ I pray that you will have mercy on them and deliver each one of them in their times of trouble. I surrender all the above people to you, knowing that they will be very safe in your hands.

Lord Jesus, I ask you to bless me and every person I have prayed for today and everyday and send Your mighty angels to protect all of us in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen!
