Homeless persons and laws

Too bad the average time to find a job is about 15 weeks (I’d bet it’s longer for the homeless person).
If I was homeless and hungry I’ll bet it would be less than a couple days.

Lack of food can usually easily be dealt with in the US fairly quickly. Having a roof over your head, clean clothes and a job is not nearly as easy. Especially if you have no college degree.

Read “Nickeled and Dimed” by Barbara Ehrenreich. She was willing to “put her money where her mouth was”, to a point… she decided to see if people could really “just get a job” and survive in America.
