Homeschool religious curriculum question

Hello,
New here and I have searched for an answer to this question and haven’t found the topic covered. Would anyone care to review homeschool religion curriculum? I am specifically looking for opinions of the Faith and Life Series which seems to be very popular vs. the Seton Religion for Young Catholics which has the Imprimatur if I’m not mistaken. We are currently simply using the St. Joseph Baltimore Catechism. Reviews of other programs would be welcome as well.

You know, back when we home schooled we pretty much just used the St. Joseph Baltimore catechism, too. Not a bad choice.You can’t beat it for simplicity.
A lot of the religion studies for kids are kind of boring.My children got a lot more out of inspirational videos & books about the lives of the Saints.Ignatius Press has some good films & books in their catalogue.
I’m looking at homeschooling my 15 yr. old next year & frankly some of the religion workbooks/texts would turn him off immediately. I think we’ll go back to the movies route.
 
I have used both, and I really like Seton’s books better than Faith and Life for homeschooling. Catechism memorization should be a part of any religion curriculum, and Seton’s books follow the Baltimore catechism very well. Faith and Life includes catechism questions, but they are not the same as the Baltimore catechism.
 
I have the Faith and Life 8 (Our Life in the Church) and it has an Imprimatur as well (Most Reverend Bishop R. Daniel Conlon, Steubenville). Personally, I really enjoy the FL series. The books have beautiful imagery and the answer to each question is backed by a CCC reference number. Being that I have “lots2learn”, it helps me teach my children the teachings of the church in a way we can all understand. Although, we use Mother of Divine Grace, so we also alternate with the BC.
