I agree Seeker.Now, now…let’s not ruin a good opportunity for “righteous outrage” by spreading facts!
Like it or not, when children get out into the world of college and work, they are going to be exposed to people that are different from them in many ways and the sooner they learn to find the ways to get along-the better.
We have created a society that is so polarized that we can’t solve our common problems. It’s not enough anymore to disagree, we have to become mortal enemies. We’ve separated ourselves into armed camps that can think of the “other” only as intent on the destruction of everything we hold dear.
Maybe there is hope that today’s children can learn to find common ground with others and realize that you don’t have to agree on everything in order to work together.
Therr are also Catholics in the world they will work with and run into. we need to start informing them on Catholics and Catholicism, the sooner the better
