Have you spoken to a priest? Have you tried prayer, and strengthening your prayer life? Are you assisting at Mass, attending Confession frequently?
The devil and his demons are very real. They can and will try to influence us, plant suggestions in our heads, convince us we are bad and unworthy of God’s love. It is spiritual warfare.

Talk with a priest and determine if this is a spiritual issue. Psychiatrists and their powerful and unpredictable mind altering drugs can do nothing for demonic attack or oppression.

FYI I get intrusive thoughts myself. If they had an organic cause, prayer wouldn’t be effective. Yet it is!

You don’t have OCD, it’s not a mental illness. Being gay is not a sin. A benevolent God will not judge you for being yourself, it’s the people that do that. Keep asking questions but don’t look for answers here. If you feel that people will judge you harshly or harm you, don’t tell anyone until you feel safe. Find people you trust, and remember: You. Are. Not. Alone. One day you’ll be an adult and you’ll see that the world can be so much kinder then you thought. There are people out there that will have your back no matter what. Look for them.

But I don’t want to be gay. I want a wife and children, yet I get unwanted thoughts and feelings that tell me otherwise

Talk to your parents, your priest, or a guidance councilor. You are 14 yrs old and struggling with what might be a mental health issue. You need personalized care that strangers on the internet cannot provide. Don’t despair, there is help waiting for you, you just need the courage to ask for it.
Being gay is not a sin.
This is true.

A priest who is properly (scientifically) trained in psychology, if you can find one, would indeed be a good person to talk to. But a better start if you have intrusive thoughts is to consider the most likely cause: the chemicals in your brain are not working as they do in most people. OCD is often treatable by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and also by serotonin uptake inhibitors. I am nt advising you to seek or use either of these - this is beyond by competence. But I do think you should talk to a professional. Your intrusive thoughts are no more sane that the intrusive thoughts of those with OCD who worry that they have or will kill someone by accident, have left a switch on that will cause a fire, have seen a possible threat in the way someone chews their food, have hit a pedestrian without realising it at the time or have sinned by thinking wrong thoughts about their sister. All are illusions with no relation to reality. If you have religious intrusive thoughts and then become non-religious, chances are you will have non-religious intrusive thoughts. People with OCD can often have very happy lives entirely, or almost entirely, free of intrusive or repetitive thoughts. It is a disorder. It does not have religious solutions, although religious consoling may refocus the thoughts.

You joined less than an hour ago and your first post is on a thread that hasn’t had a response in 8 days? Please don’t give sexual advise to a minor and go read the TOS for this forum.

That you be who you are
I recommend he becomes what God destined for him. Be a Saint. But first, go talk to your parents or guidance counselor and stop asking for advice on the internet. There is more of value in you than your sexual orientation. I’ll be praying for you.

Do you see a therapist? If no, I would find one, and if yes, listen to them in this matter.
