I heard on the Abundant Life on EWTN that anal cancer in homosexual men is 4,000 times higher than in heterosexual men and that the reason why you don’t hear about it in the secular media is because they are trying to hide the truth regarding homosexuality. They mentioned it was a mental illness. Where can I get more medical facts about this and why isn’t in the DSM? Thanks.

It hasn’t been considered to be a mental illness since the 1970s.

Lesbians are less at risk from cervical cancer than heterosexual women who engage in sexual activities. That is a fact which is not much publicised but would you call it hiding the facts. And if this fact about lesbianism is being ‘hidden’ then what would do you think the agenda might be for this concealment

Homosexuality is not defined as a mental illness because it isn’t one; if it was then it would not have been removed from DSM. It wasn’t replaced by any other form of mental illness or disorder either. Gender Identity Disorder (the next post from yours mentions it) is something totally different from homosexuality; you can Google it and read it for yourself, but the gist of GID is to do with a person’s GENDER perception and has nothing to do with SEX or SEXUALITY
