It has been said many times that the cross of SSA is not sinful. Gay sexual acts are disordered. What about this is confusing? This is right out of the CCC. SSA is NOT a sin. Your declaring it in a thread will not make it so. Not only that, I believe that putting this statement in print in a Catholic forum where this has been discussed in, which you yourself have taken part in, is sinful. This hurts the brave individuals who lead chaste lives who bear the cross of same sex attraction. Threads like this become a part of their cross, as they are being unfairly persecuted.

People, even myself, wonder why threads come out all the time about the treatment of people with SSA and we reflect "why are people beating this horse to death, we treat people with SSA just the same as anyone else! And then a thread like this comes out. This is why that fire keeps burning.

I suggest an examination of conscious. If you have suffered at the hands of someone with SSA, ask our Lord to lighten that burden, he will. Burying such things will not allow the wound to heal, dealing with it head on, with the help of our Lord, will. If you ask help from our Lady and I lord, it WILL make a difference. We have only to ask.
