At the most we can say it is a moral disorder. In regards to it being a mental disorder, it is no longer recognized as such and we are not in the position to judge it as such. Regardless, we should not use this “qualification” as a way to dismiss the struggle or to demean the individuals who struggle with same sex attraction.

I disagree here. I think it’s a vocation to choose consecrated single life (which is what homosexual’s are called to do). Homosexuality, itself, is not a vocation since it is simply a temptation (just like heterosexuality is not a vocation…)
