How are women honored in Christianity? By the Church? By the Bible?

I’m not poking fun or anything, just wondering what there is to be said on the topic…

Honored for what?

Seriously.

We are honored the same way that men are honored.

“Male and female he created them. . .”

Individual women who have worked for the glory of God (Susanah, Deborah, Sara, Esther, Miriam, Mary, Mary Magdalene, Priscilla etc.) are honored for their love and works, just as individual men are (Daniel, Joshua, Abraham, Moses, John the Baptist, St. Peter and St. Paul, etc.)

We were created to know Him, love Him, and serve Him in this world and the next. We were created in His image. May God be praised.

What about some unchaste women in veils? Or Muslim men selling their bodies to other Muslim men at night after the recitation of the Koran?

You must know how women are honoured in Christianity as an ex-Christian (should I call you an ex-Protestant??). Did your decision to turn to Islam damage your memory?

St. Paul’s letter to the Galations explains it well:

“All of you who have been baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with him. There does not exist among you Jew or Greek, slave or freeman, male or female. All are one in Christ Jesus.”

Stay away you are evil soul thats what i knew. Thats all i wanna say to you. you do not have respect for other religion. Please do not make me to tell the King James Bible Version. Which is about Prophet Lot & his daughters Nephew of Prophet Abrahim story which is mentioned in KJB which about Astagfrullah. You are lost man. You do not have any Holy Book which will guide you. like KJB.Sorry to say. I am piety about you. That is why Al-Quran mentions that Bible is altered. Donot tell me its natural. Okay.

What do you mean by “Honor of Women in Catholicism”? Is it
  • What good things catholicism had said of Women?
or
  • What qualities defines an honorable woman in Catholicism?

God’s greatest work of creation was a woman - Mary, for example. 🙂 And just like anyone, women can attain the highest level of glory for a human - heaven. 🙂

I cannot enlighten you as long as you escape from Jesus Christ, the only LIGHT of this creation. 🙂
Answrer me first about my post before:). Forget About Sister Amy. She is in the right path. Mahshallah.

I saw a discussion in the Theology section which says that the Holy Spirit has feminine qualities. You agree with this?

Well, thanks for playing the Allah in order to judge my soul. 🙂

Are you really talking about Lot, who in your Koran attempts to give his same daughters to his folk for sex?

More, your Koran agrees with the OT that David committed a grave sin when he followed his desire (in reference to David’s adultery)!

You want more examples? 🙂

Thanks to Christ that I do not have the Koran as my scripture!

Yes, God has qualities of an entire family. I was in that thread though and argued against the Holy Spirit having female “gender.” 🙂

Shes not a false muslim anymore, huh? You allow her to talk to you now. 😃
Thats why anger is haram in Islam. Once Hazarat Ali R.A(Son-in-law of prophet muhammad pbuh) about to kill kafir(unbeliever) in some early war of islam. But the kafir spit on him. So he stop his hand to kill him. Because it will be killing for his ownself rather than One and Only Above. And may be because of her replied which is against me which let me say that or right that post. Anger is Harm(forbidden) in Islam.
