Ho'oponopono

On the “Forgiveness” forum at CureZone, a couple of people mentioned Ho’oponopono as a technique that helped them release resentment. It is a kind of Hawaiian “confession.” I recalled that the Aztecs, theorized by Thor Heyerdahl to be a possible root lineage of Pacific Islanders, had five of the seven sacraments; and a creation account and Flood story paralleling Genesis. There is nothing beyond the intuitive I see in this practice.
