What is an “Hour of Grace”?

Do you mean praying for the souls in Purgatory and for the dying, as your signature says?

Did some checking. The apparition doesn’t seem to have the approval of the local bishop.
 
Yeah, there was no mention, but making a holy hour on Our Lady’s Feast Day is probably a good idea nonetheless. Can’t speak to any promises though…
