Hour of Mercy Devotion Promises

Hello,

In the diary of St. Faustina “Divine Mercy In My Soul”, Jesus promised to St. Faustina:

“In this hour, I will refuse nothing to the soul that makes a request of me … During this hour, you can obtain everything for yourself and for the others for the asking.”

Here, was Jesus stating that we will obtain everything that we ask of Jesus during the Hour of Mercy?
 
I read somewhere that he refuses nothing that is good for us. Which may be different from what we think, or at a different time.

Yes, you can ask for the conversion of sinners, or protection from harm for your relatives/friends, as long as this is compatible with the will of God
