Houston's new Co-Cathedral

Since we revived an old thread: I finally got to attend a Sunday Mass. Parking is little problem on a Sunday, from what I saw. I actually did not park though. I rode the MetroRail from the south. There is a stop right at the Cathedral. You walk 50 - 100 yards. It is no further than than parts of the parking lot.
 
Re: parking on Sundays. IIRC, you can park (for free) in the garage catty-corner from the front door of the Co-Cathedral during Sunday Masses.
 
I believe the former 1922 Sacred Heart School building will be demolish to provide more parking space.
