How bad is murdering those who committ genocide?

Don’t worry about me, I’m not going to kill anyone. I am just wrestling with what is probably one of my baser thoughts or instincts - I guess it would be revenge. But I didn’t cry to hear that Tiller the Baby Killer was dead.

I don’t think it’s right to do, but am I sad that someone did it? Not at this point. Tiller could have repented at any point along the way but he CELEBRATED his evil. He even sold funerals for the aborted babies!! HOW SICK AND EVIL IS THAT???
Dear Juliane, George Tiller will answer to God for his actions. We all do.

I know that, thank you though. I am human and when someone who has cheerfully murdered 60,000 babies is sent to meet God, I am not unhappy about that.

So many of us have killed their own babies though illegal and legal abortion. Some of us have repented, others justify that action as being the right thing to do. Would you do us violence too?

Abortion is one of my crosses to carry and I will not do harm to people who are victimized by it, advocate it and perform it. But I will spend my life on earth to educate, evangelize, pray, call to repentance and by my testimony witness to the Truth.

I also am appalled by other people’s sins but I’m appalled by my sins first. God has been merciful to me and I do not doubt that He is good and just.

I pray that our Lord grants to all of us His precious gift of Peace. Let us pray to our Guardian Angels to cast into hell the thoughts that disturb our peace.

God stopped Saul but God did not kill Saul. At the end of the day, Saul won many souls for Christ. If there is any other way you can stop them (like putting them in jail for life) then go for it rather than murdering them. Murdering a murderer is just like helping him/her go to hell which isn’t the best. Christ loves his/her ‘miserable’ soul.

Matthew chapter 18:21-22
"Then Peter approaching asked him, “Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times.”

I can quote bible verses too. That doesn’t mean anything to those murdered by true genocidal maniacs. It also alienates some people.

So for all the people starving to death in North Korea, were gassed in ovens during the Nazi regime, their lives weren’t as important than Hitlers and Kim Jon whatever.

I get this-I want to believe that all people are redeemable-and I do believe that-but there are also nasty, evil people in the world who don’t care about other lives. They inflict heinous crimes on innocent people and no amount of prayers and forgiveness will stop them. They only understand force. If that means killing them to save millions of people, we can agree to disagree.

Brothers and sisters in Christ, have you read this?
Vatican opposes death penalty for Tariq Aziz by John L Allen Jr on Oct. 26, 2010
Quote: Vatican Statement
“The position of the Catholic church on the death penalty is well known. It’s hoped, therefore, that the sentence against Tariq Aziz will not be executed, precisely in order to favor reconciliation and the reconstruction of peace and justice in Iraq after the great sufferings it has experienced.” End quote

No of course not! No woman has aborted 60,000 babies! And women are uninformed, coerced, pressured, to have abortions, Planned Parenthood LIES to women. For Tiller the Killer, he KNEW EXACTLY what he was doing and he was unrepentant about it. Even a woman who seems to be unrepentant may cry out to God in private moments, we don’t know. From his actions, pretty sure George Tiller was doing no private crying out to God.

No, I’m not going to do violence to any abortion worker. But I can’t cry any tears for George Tiller. I don’t pray for his soul either.
