How can a Catholic reconcile some sort of theistic evolution and the Church doctrine that Adam and Eve were real persons? Could it be that humanity evolved to a point in which God could ensoul them? I’ve heard many Catholics say that death and disorders entered the now fallen world because of Adam and Eve’s sin, does this mean that prior to Adam and Eve, the world and the different species that lived in it (Dinosaurs etc.) didn’t live in a fallen world?
