There is this fellow in the RCIA class of which I helping out.
The issue is that he was previously married to a Catholic girl in a Catholic Church. He is now divorced, not annulled & intends to get baptised this Easter when the RCIA class ends.
Is there a need for him to have his marriage annulled before he gets baptised?
Seems a little unfair if divorced Catholics are not able to receive Holy Communion but someone like him is able to after baptism.
