How can God be omnipresent when there is evil in the world?

How can God be omnipresent when evil is the absence of God’s presence?
 
Hi,

Moral evil is the absence of good. But all that exists is held in existence by God. If you give blood and the recipient sins, this doesn’t mean that you support the sin.
