How can God's existence be demonstrated by reason?

Apart from the unnecessary “creator", “will” and “essence” we arrive at the STEM – space, time, energy matter – which cannot be created or destroyed – which simply exists. Contingency is only defined within the universe, it is not defined and cannot be defined for the universe.

The same error as before. Time is the property of the universe. It cannot be defined outside the universe.
You are talking about a mathematical entity, a being of reason, desigined for convenience. There is no instantian in reality where space,time, energy, matter are one thing. In the real world each is separate. I can put a dot on a graph to represent the being of reason. But I cannot go from that dot to reality.
