How can I be Confirmed as an adult?

I am a practicing Catholic converted from another religion. I am a music minister within my parish and attend Mass weekly. I have to come to believe that the Catholic Church is the one ‘true’ church. I recently was asked to sponsor a young man and had to decline due to this issue. I want to feel free to practice my faith fully within the church.
