How can I come home?

Due to recent events, I’ve been burdened with the desire to attend confession. I am a severely lapsed Roman Catholic, and haven’t been to confession since 88-89. I guess my question is how would the best way be, to go about it? Also as background my wife is a devout Baptist, My father, and sister “both former Catholics” are now strident atheists. There is no Catholic Church in my county, and our agency has no Chaplin. Can I even receive confession now, or do I need to attend some sort of classes.
