How can I make my prayer room holy?

I am building a prayer room in my home. I want to keep it small and very simple. Is there anything I can do to make it holy?
 
Here are a few ideas:

• Small wooden altar table
• Altar linens
• Candles
• Crucifix
• Simple flowers
• Bible (Catholic)
• Statues and/or icons, Stations of the Cross
• Holy water font
• Prie Dieu (kneeler) or additional seating if necessary

I also recommend you have a priest bless your room (including the religious articles). But what really makes the room holy is your prayerful presence. God bless you!
