How can I return to the Church?

I’ve been away for nearly 45 years. During that time I’ve been married three times - not in the Church and all to non-Catholics - and divorced twice. I am currently with my third wife and would not consider leaving her for any reason. In the late Seventies, I also allowed myself to be convinced that a vasectomy was a good thing so I have no children.

What are my options for a return to the church? Her converting is most likely out of the question.
