How can Mary hear our prayers without being omnipresent?

I was talking with a Protestant friend of mine about praying to Mary. He asked me "if you, a guy in France, England, Brazil and China are all praying to Mary at the same time how can she hear your prayers without being omnipresent, that is present with all of you at the same time, or can she hear your prayers from heaven?

Hi,

We don’t have access as to how God does things. We know that Mary give birth while remaining a virgin, but we don’t know how this was done. We know that He created everything from nothing, but we don’t know how. We know that the saints in heaven intercede for us, but we don’t know how God makes this possible. What we do know is that what is difficult for us to understand is a snap for God.
