How can one prove the presence of the soul at conception?

How does one prove that the soul is infused at the moment of conception. The matter is there but how does one prove the the intellectual soul is there as well?
 
Hi,

The soul is the principle of life. Without the soul, the body is dead. Life is evidence that the soul is present. There is no such thing as conception without life!
