How can Protestants go to heaven?

I don’t understand how Protestants can get to Heaven when they don’t go to confession and confess their sins to a Priest as God commanded in the bible, they don’t receive the true body and blood of Christ. Many of them don’t believe in transubstantiation, These are things that Jesus commands us to do. I can’t understand how Protestant ministers study the bible( and many of them have degrees) and neglect to do what God commands. God gave priests permission to forgive sins. It is written. What don’t they understand? Maybe there is something I don’t understand. Thank you.
